Quality issues: You must contact us within 48 hours of pickup with a clear photo of the issue.

Approved claims: If there is a major mistake on our end, you will receive a full refund or a replacement. You do not need to return the food to us.

No-shows: If you do not pick up your order during the scheduled time, no refund(50% Deposit) will be given.
